These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ar99o ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the ar99o online casino and sports betting platform available at ar99o.net ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the ar99o Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

• Not employed by ar99o: Current employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ar99o account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances or bonus funds being voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. ar99o reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar99o login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify ar99o immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ar99o will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC verification: ar99o is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may be requested to provide supporting documents evidencing your payment method or source of funds.
• Account currency: All ar99o accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once set, the account currency cannot be changed.

• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from payment methods lawfully registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Currency: ar99o operates exclusively in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies will be declined or subject to conversion at rates beyond ar99o's control.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider without first contacting ar99o support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and referral to a debt recovery process.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your ar99o account has been fully verified under the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ar99o processes the majority of withdrawal requests within three minutes of approval; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Verification prerequisite: Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds. ar99o strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.

ar99o is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar99o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or emotional distress — even if ar99o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ar99o's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ar99o account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ar99o does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ar99o collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering for an ar99o account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

ar99o will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processing partners, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the terms of ar99o's operating licence.
